The Process
From inquiry to collection delivery

If you're interested in booking a wedding or a portrait session or have questions, the first step is to reach out. Click the button bellow to fill out the inquiry form. You will receive a response within 24 hours to start the process.

Let's Chat
Once I receive your inquiry, we will schedule a consultation to discuss and schedule your dream engagement session, wedding details and any questions you may have.
I will continue to stay in touch, sending you helpful tips and resources throughout
planning to make the process stress‑free. A month or 2 before the wedding day, we will create your wedding photography timeline and I will connect with your wedding planner to discuss the big day.

Your day will finally arrive, and I'll be there to thoughtfully capture every detail and fleeting moment, preserving your story for a lifetime.

Delivering photos
This is where the magic comes full circle. You’ll receive a thoughtfully curated online gallery of your final images — each one hand-edited with care to reflect the emotion, movement, and details of your day. These aren’t just photos; they’re memories you get to relive over and over again.

How far in advance should we book?
Once you have your date secured, its never to early to inquire. Prime dates (spring & fall) typically book 8-14 months ahead.
What makes your experience different?
My photography experience stands out because I truly prioritize authentic, heartfelt moments. From our first conversation to the final gallery, I focus on creating a relaxed, fun environment where you can fully be yourself. I’ll guide you when needed, hype you up all day long, and make sure you feel confident, comfortable, and genuinely celebrated. Think of me as your personal hype girl with a camera — capturing real, unposed moments that tell your story exactly as it was.
How involved are you throughout the planning process?
From the moment you book to the final delivery, I will be as involved as you want me to be.
I provide planning calls, timeline guidance, and work alongside your wedding coordinator/planner to make the experience feel effortless and allow you to remain fully present on your wedding day.
Do you offer customizable packages?
I will provide you with my Wedding Investment Guide which outlines my standard wedding collections. However, all collections can be customized, from hours of coverage, to individual add-ons. Let's build your day together!
How do you help couples feel comfortable & natural on camera?
I help couples feel comfortable on camera by never forcing stiff or awkward poses. I’ll give you gentle prompts that guide movement and connection, then let you be yourselves within those moments. If you’re ever unsure where to put your hands, where to look, or what to do next, I’ve got you — I’ll step in and guide you. My ultimate goal is to let your day unfold naturally, capturing candid, emotional moments with soft direction here and there.
All of my wedding collections also include a complimentary engagement session. This gives us the chance to get to know each other, shake off any camera nerves, and build real trust so that by the time your wedding day arrives, being photographed feels natural, comfortable, and effortless.
How long does it take to get our photos?
Sneak Peeks will be delivered within 48 hours.
You will receive your full online gallery in 1-2 weeks for portrait sessions and 4-6 weeks for wedding galleries!
How many photos will I get back?
All collections come with a fully edited gallery of images with no maximum. There is a minimum number of pictures you will receive with each collection (see Investment page for more details).
How do you protect my images?
Protecting your once-in-a-lifetime story is my highest priority. I photograph on a dual-slot camera, ensuring every image is recorded to two memory cards simultaneously. Once I’m home, your images are immediately backed up to two separate hard drives—one used for editing, and the other secured in a fireproof, waterproof safe. Your final images are also delivered through an online gallery and safely stored for one year.
Can I download my pictures or have them printed?
All edited images will be delivered in an online gallery that is able to be downloaded, printed, and shared with friends and family.
Do you travel?
Of course, lets go! Wedding collections include up to 250 miles round trip, while portrait sessions include 100 miles round trip. Travel beyond theses distances is quoted individually to ensure a seamless experience.
